ABC Afternoons With Jacinta Parsons
Melbourne chef and his daughter feeding international students
After the Gulf War erupted he eventually made his way to Melbourne and for the last ten years has been feeding the homeless.
This year he’s also been delivering food to Melbourne’s international students, distributing between 150-200 meals a week.
With the help of his 8-year-old daughter Diya he’s now started an online cooking show called DDs Kitchen, to help raise funds for social enterprise.
Daman and Diya join Jacinta Parsons for a chat.
